PARKING
Parking at Covenant College is available to graduation guests in 3 locations. The Ashe (3), Sanderson (14), and Scenic (15) lots are located off the Scenic Highway. Summit will be providing shuttles from these lots to the chapel from 4:00pm - 6:00pm before the event and 8:00pm - 9:30pm after the event. Parking lot attendants will be present to direct traffic.
ALLERGENS
Covenant College is able to accommodate the FDA's 9 major allergens, IE Wheat, Milk, Egg, Soy, Peanut, Tree Nut, Fish, Shellfish, and Sesame.
SEATING INFORMATION
Graduation will take place in the Dora Maclellan Brown Memorial Chapel at Covenant College. Seating will be clearly marked and on a first-come-first-serve basis. The graduation will also be live streamed for your convenience if you are unable to join us in person.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
Printed or digital version of ticket is required to be presented upon entry.
DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
Business Casual (students will be wearing dresses, shirts/ties).
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Flash photography and videography are both permitted before, during, and after the event.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Credit cards are the preferred method of payment, we are a cashless program!
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
At the door registration will be provided for any friends and family of students that did not register prior to the event.
SAFETY & SECURITY INFORMATION
Weapons of any kind are not permitted at the event.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
In the extremely rare case that the event is cancelled, all tickets will be fully refunded. The event will take place rain or shine.
LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
